The page displays the Next Upcoming Shift card with 1-click Google Maps directions and EVV Clock-In, a list of claimed shifts, a real-time Weekly Earnings Tracker showing regular and overtime pay, and the Open Shift Marketplace where clinicians can claim available shifts matching their role.
What You Need Before Starting
- Signed into the portal as a Clinician / Staff member (or coordinator previewing the clinician feed).

Step-by-Step Instructions
Open My Shifts & Feed
Click "My Shifts & Feed" in the top main section of the left sidebar (/portal/my-shifts).
Use the Upcoming Shift Card on Shift Day
The top hero card highlights your next scheduled shift with facility name, unit specialty, shift hours, and credential compliance badge. Tap "Get Directions (Maps)" to open turn-by-turn navigation in Google Maps, or tap "Clock In with EVV GPS" when you arrive on site.

Browse and Claim Shifts in the Open Shift Marketplace
At the bottom of the page, the "Open Shift Marketplace" lists unfilled shifts matching your clinical role. Click "Claim Shift" on any open slot to immediately assign the shift to your account and move it into your "My Claimed & Assigned Shifts" list.

- Claimed shifts are linked directly to your unique user ID (UID) so they appear immediately on both your mobile PWA and the coordinator’s master scheduling calendar.
