Publish open nursing and allied health positions to your organization’s dedicated, branded public job board URL (/[orgId]/jobs) and receive online applications directly into your Hiring pipeline.
Every organization in YourMedSoft receives a dedicated, multi-tenant public job board at /[orgId]/jobs that displays your agency logo, organization name, and all open job postings. When candidates click Apply Now and submit their details, their application is automatically created inside your organization’s Hiring > Applicant Pipeline in real time.
What You Need Before Starting
- Agency name and optional logo configured in Settings > Organization.
- At least one job posting with status set to "Open" in Hiring > Job Postings.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Publish an Open Job Posting
Navigate to Hiring (/portal/hiring), open the "Job Postings" tab, and create or confirm a job posting has its status set to "Open" with title, location, shift type, and department.
Copy Your Branded Public Job Board Link
Your agency’s public job board lives at `https://yourmedsoft.com/[orgId]/jobs` (where `[orgId]` is your organization ID). Click the share/public board link in the Hiring header to open or copy your live URL.

The public job board automatically renders your uploaded agency logo and organization name at the top of the page and lists only the open positions belonging to your tenant.
Candidate Online Application Flow
External clinicians browse your open shifts/contracts and click "Apply Now" on any listing. They enter their Full Name, Email, Phone, Specialty, Years of Experience, and Notes—no login required.
Review Incoming Applicants in Your Pipeline
Submitted applications appear immediately in Hiring > Applicant Pipeline under the "Applied" stage with the "Online Application" tag and linked job title.
